We are in the pure Maple syrup business in Northern, Lewis County, New York State and make maple syrup the old fashion way with buckets and horses to collect and gather the sap.
What's New:
2011 syrup is now available!
We have added sugar cakes (candy), Maple cream, Maple peanuts and Maple sugar to our line. The sugar cakes are basically Maple candy in a Maple leaf form. Maple cream is a spread, it can be used on toast, pancakes etc. Maple peanuts are peanuts coated in syrup. The Maple sugar is like granulated white sugar and can be used for cooking etc, just like brown or white sugar. Also we have a whip recipe (which can be used for a Maple cheese cake!) for the Maple sugar which is available in the download section.

Do you know how many gallons of sap it takes to make one gallon of syrup????
Are you sitting down? It takes about 40 gallons of sap to equal 1 gallon of syrup. Wow!!
Did you also know that some of the store bought Maple syrup only has 2% or less of real Maple? Probably less if any at all.
We look forward to serving you!
